I bought this Thinkpad W550s on ebay to replace my older T530 as my daily driver. I needed more battery life and the screen was an extra.
It came with 16GB of RAM and a 3K screen, for a resonable price. It worked very good for when I needed it, but I have now replaced it with
a much older IBM T60 because I enjoy using outdated hardware and I do not need battery life as much anymore. I also use the 4:3 screen
for reading documents. I still use the W550s when I need a newer laptop and it still works great.
